Hello and welcome back to Alex’s Blog. As Christmas is just a hop, skip and a jump away I thought I’d look in to different gift ideas for you and also speak to you about our online return policies.
We realise that people want to spread the cost so not everyone buys their presents on Christmas Eve so we are flexible with our online returns policy – it currently states:
“RETURNS POLICYPlease notify us before returning goods by calling 01606 810 800 (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm only) or e-mail email@example.com.With the returned item please include your name, address and ideally a copy of the invoice along with the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or a refund. In the case of an exchange please include re-postage money, at the same rate as was charged on the first order. RETURNS TERMSGoods must be returned unused within 30 days of the invoice date.Postage cannot be refunded (with the exception of faulty goods).We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered or damaged returned goods, any claims for undelivered goods must be made through the carrier that they were despatched with.The above returns policy refers to items bought online and via mail order only – this does not cover items bought in our stores.”
Now with the relief of knowing you can exchange your gifts no problem at all after Christmas is out of the way…..what do you buy?
