The Event

This weekend (9th and 10th January 2016) sees the return of the Carole Nash Classic Bike Guide Winter Classic and this year promises to be bigger and better than ever! The two day event will be packed with hundreds of trade stands from suppliers across the country as well as club stands who will be displaying a variety of restored and maintained classic bikes. The show offers you the chance to get up close and explore some of the greatest machines ever created and is a must visit for any bike enthusiast.

The Main Stage

The main stage will be hosted by Steve Plater who will be providing a spot of light relief with chats and stories from special guests including former bike racer turned TV commentator James Whitham – you can be sure to expect one or two interesting tales from his British championship winning seasons! Steve will also be joined by other guests throughout the day giving you an insight into all aspects of biking, from racing to leisure riding and exploring some of the stalls you should check out.

Scooter World

This year will also see Scooter World returning – two halls will be filled with displays and interactive attractions to test your skills. There will be an engine rebuild competition and a special guest appearance from Norrie Kerr, a former British scooter and sprint champion. Scooter World will also be playing host to several charity events including an auction on Sunday lunchtime.

This is the fifth instalment of the Carole Nash show which kick starts the biking calendar year and to celebrate they are hosting a competition to win a whole year’s worth of bike goodies including £600 worth of fuel and £1,000 worth of biking gear.
